Day 4

Good morning!

Yesterday we got to see dad's old house where he grew up and his old school. The school was really nice and one of the better structures I've seen here so far. The funny part is they wouldn't let us inside so Dippy had to bribe the guy to let us in. 20 rupees did the trick. Forgot that you can pay your way out of or into anything here especially with the cops. :) Next we went to his house. WOW. It is over 100 years old. You can smell the mildew there but there is actually a tentant who is getting ready to move out. I cannot believe that health wise you could actually stay in there. Sudhir was very shocked because his parents used to keep it so clean and fixed up. The tentant who has been staying there the past 7 years has literally almost destroyed it completely. We met 3 of his old neighbors and they remember eachother very well. It was about 8p.m. and we had squeezed 11 of us in a 4 door small car. The kids had fallen asleep but they had one special place to take us to. Dippy & Kavitha belong to a club. It is very nice there and we had dinner outside. There was huge pool and large playground for the kids. They woke up very sleepy but soon saw everything and got very excited. It was a nice way to end the day. They may take us back there so we get a chance to swim. Well all for now. Sorry about the pixs. They are experiencing internet problems and the guys haven't shown up to fix it yet. Take care for now.
