Day 7 Adjusting

Well guys...I think I have finally gotten by bearings and seem to be adjusting. The humidity doesn't bother me as much now. Some of you may wonder how little everyday things are done here so here's a little info on that. The showers here are pretty much like ours except for they have a little tank that you have to heat up. Once that water is heated you only have that much hot water to take your shower. It lasts about 4 min max. Which is actually just enough time for you to get the shampoo & conditioner on...the water cools as I get the soap on but not to terribily cold.
They have a air conditioner in our bedroom which has been wonderfully nice to have!
Our family is rather large so when we have big trips to make they have to rent a car for us. It's a lot simpler than in the states. Here, they just make a phone call a day early and then they rent it out for chunks of about 5 hours. The driver hangs out while you do what you need to do and then drives you back. Pretty cool job for him! Most buy either chicken or mutten(goat) for their meat. Both are killed right in front of you! Last night we got Pizza Hut Pizza!!!!! This was a specail treat. I was craving anything American and this was very good. A little bit different than ours in the sense that they have spicy toppings. They delivered it but took 45 min.
Today we will go see our nephews school. He is almost on break. He had finals last week and today. We will go celebrate today after he is done this afternoon. Well..we will write more later. Take care..and thanks for commenting, its so nice to hear from you all! Here is some pixs of Sudhir's mom and dads house. The first pic is taken in front of his brothers house...where we are staying.
